The customer service was horrible. The only time I was spoken to was when I was told to turn off my car. They just told me to pay without telling me what I was being charged for or how much. It was a horrible experience. Everyone was extremely rude.

I came in for an oil change and afterwards was told I had an small oil leak. 24 hours later my thermostat Guage moved and check engine light came on and had to have my car towed. I called and have a claim in place for this incident. They said the check my coolant and didn't tap it off as it was low when I checked and no way possible they did for my car to run hot and no prior issues or any prior issues before the visit. My car is NOT drivable at this time and I'm missing work and highly upset at this negligence.
