This Valvoline location is the absolute best. Every single time I am there, everyone is so kind and helpful. The intake mechanic was very personable; the service reviewer was no-pressure and even asked if I had any coupons. Which doesn't seem like a big deal, but I can get anxious when trying to use a coupon for a service so it was so very lovely that she asked if I had any as opposed to my having to awkwardly interject that information.

I sat and emailed corporate office and I’ve not heard from anyone but your “manager” at this location yelled at me at the top of his lungs yesterday where everyone in that place turned and looked, my windows were up but I could hear everything and him screaming at me to not enter the bay and I stopped immediately and he continued to yell and rant and complain about me and customers in general and I was so embarrassed and insulted if I could have backed out and left I certainly would have but there were cars behind me. So when he was getting my address and all he acted as though he couldn’t hear me so I spoke louder for him to say “Ma’am are you ok today?” And I said back that I wasn’t speaking any louder than him screaming at me at the top of his lungs so he began to argue with me in a very argumentative manner that continued on for a few mins gaining attention of other employees and customers. I begged to please finish so I could leave. I’ll never come back.
