THE LADY WHO CHECKED ME IN WAS RUDE RIGHT OFF THE BAT AS SOON AS I TOLD HER I HAD A GROUPON COUPON FOR THE OIL CHANGE SHE TYPED IN MY INFORMATION SCANED MY COUPON AND THEN TOLD ME I OWED 9.00 DIFFERANCE SHE TOOK MY CARD AND NEVER SAID ANOTHER WORD TO ME AND DISSAPERED THEY NEVER CHECKED MY AIR FILTER DID NOT TOP OFF MY WIPER FLUID DID NOT CHECK TIRE PREASSURES AND DIDNT CHECK ANY OTHER ITEMS JUST DRAINED THE OIL AND PUT IN NEW OIL IM REALLY HOPING THEY AT LEAST PUT A NEW OIL FILTER ON BUT AT THIS POINT IM NOT SURE THAT TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST COMPLETRLY UNACCEPTABLE I WILL NEVER USE ANY VALVOLINE OIL CHANGE PLACE EVER

My overall experience was pretty good! The only thing is, they pumped up my tires and I’m not sure what happened, but my cap where the air was injected was off and right after I left, my check tire sign came on. I couldn’t go back because I came so close to the closing time. Needless to say, I woke up the next day with a totally flat tire. My tire sign wasn’t on prior to this and I just bought the tires.Other than this, I truly had an excellent experience. The staff was really kind, knowledgeable and they were quick!
