I took my car at 4:30-5PM yesterday, 1/13/2026, and I was 20k miles past when I should've had an oil change. I waited, maybe, at the most 5-7 minutes. They were getting people in & out of there like Chick-fil a.
The guys who took care of me, truly did just that. They explained everything they were doing; they got my oil changed, checked all of my fluid levels, and they even put my new windshield wipers on for me! Chase and his team are absolutely fantastic and will treat you like a normal person, not ignorant or talked down to for not knowing much about cars, which I have experienced elsewhere.
This was something I have been dreading, and the Valvoline employees completely turned my entire day around. I really appreciate the kindness and efficiency and will definitely be coming here for all oil services from now on!!
