I like to use Valvoline largely because I don't have to exit my car. Also, service is fast and professional. I like that I was informed of additional services needed for my car, but I didn't feel forced to have more services to my car than I wanted and could afford to do at the time of my visit. I like that I was provided with a paper copy of recommended services with the time needed to complete each service and the cost of each service. This will allow me to plan my time and budget for these additional auto services.

Just a very long wait at the start. I was there for an hour before I got in, total time 1.5 hours. Staff was very friendly and thorough. They were just busy, so I can't really fault that. It was frustrating that I got behind the slow line and saw several others get in before me in the other line. I was almost late for work, so that was frustrating.
