It was a tough day that day at Valvoline. Crowdstrike had brought all of us back to the 1980's for a while where pen and paper reigned king. In spite of this setback, where other business had just given up and closed for the day, this Valvoline Oil Change center was alive and well and business was robust. The staff was friendly and efficient and was well trained on what to do in this situation. I was well pleased with this effort and attitude from the staff in the face of technology challenges. You guys should be proud of these employees for going the distance and not giving up. I know I was.

The 2 gentleman that did my oil change were very knowledgeable and kind. I wasn't aware of the inside filter needing to be changed because nobody never mentioned it. I'm not knowledgeable on cars that much. 2 gentlemen also fixed my seal on passenger door that was off the window. Just overall a great experience!

Your team recommended an engine air filter to be replaced but did not carry the spare or offered to order it. I ordered the engine air filter and was ready to install it on my own. I was ready to remove the filter housing screws and found only four of five screws actually reseated. The fifth one was partially removed and just hanging there. Please share with your team to make sure all screws removed are replaced properly.
