I am more than satisfied with my visit to the Valvoline in Greeneville Tn! The entire crew were simply amazing. The way they communicated with one another, and obviously myself. I had previously had my Honda Maintaniced at both Honda of Kingsport and Honda of Johnson City. During my visit at Valvoline, Jordan was changing my cabin filter. He never did question the quality of Honda Service, even after seeing that my cabin filter had not been changed as I was charged for. He was very thorough and professional. I, on the other hand was more than happy to let both Service Dept at Honda that Valvoline caught what they did. Again, he didn’t have to say a negative word. I know enough about vehicles as I was raised in a Family of Mechanics to know that the Honda service dept did not do their job. I want to especially recognize Jordan. They said the rubber was missing on the back wiper, IT WAS THERE! Said our other wipers were no good, NOT ONE STREAK! Said a brake light was out, BOTH ARE WORKING JUST FINE! Got home and MISSING AIR CAP FROM TIRE! POOR BUSINESS!
