HEY wanna get an oil change ? Thinking "WOW" I'll get a few moments to catch up on my cellphone while waiting in line , a few minutes to myself ! Do not go to this Vavoline Station! 😆 The most time that I have spent waiting to be worked in is around 5-7 minutes . THEN these young man just have all needs changed and ya out the door before you have anytime to pickup phone ! We have gone in different times of day ,different needs for our vehicles some minor some must haves . Tell ya you will not find a better crew of young men that want to deliver top not care with little time as possible so you're on your way. Our only complaint, my husband has a Semi and drives OTR . He only wishes that Garages away were ran like this one at home ! Heart ❤️ seriously lucky

My husband and I have been startch customers with Valvoline for many years. Of course we were overjoyed when Vavoline opened a garage in Harriman so we no longer have to travel to Knoxville. The staff are exceptional in Harriman. Rich and the other employees go beyond regular work protocols to help with auto maintenance & issues. We always keep up with regular maintenance on our truck . However , as with any vehicle out of no where ours started leaking fluid "coolant" my husband was out of town and I was terrified. I went to the shop and like they has always told me if I need anything just drop by , well I did Rich and the other young men reassured my husband i would be fine. Refilling the fluid and making sure we knew to drop in anytime before I could get to the vehicle dealer that covers warranty in Knoxville. PRICELESS Forever grateful! Thank you young men letting whomever that owns this store you have the best people working for you .
