The atitude of the employees was agressive and make me feel that I am not welcome. Especially the assian girl, that acted like a manager, was giving such a bad, threatening alike look and she was talking in a commanding manner. Literally with hatress look that is hard to forget. My girlfriend, in the passenger seat was shocked and suggested that we should go to Walmart instead. They barely listen what I was trying to tell you- that I am in a rush and don't have time for drills and checking the blinkers etc. when he , finally, listened, he smashed the hood hard and left a big mark of dirt and oil on my immaculate white hood. His attitude was "ok, well get out of here, then." I sweard I will never go to Valvoline again.
