Was not shown where to pull up. Did not drain oil from underneath. Only pulled 3 liters of oil out of vehicle. Was not a complete oil change. Very unhappy as this is bad for a vehicles engine.

Staff was nice and friendly, etc. I spent 1 hour and 27 minutes from the time I pulled in to the time I pulled out on a Tuesday morning. With 7 cars total maybe. I do it for convenience but this isnu2019t the first long wait Iu2019ve had here. Iu2019m paying a premium to wait that long, itu2019s not really computing. Unfortunately after many visits here Iu2019m just going to do start doing it myself. Save the money and the time. Iu2019m not sure what the disconnect is or what takes so incredibly long but I canu2019t be the only one who feels like that coming here. My ticket was still near $120 with a coupon. Staff was great like I said. Maybe the 3 bay system isnu2019t working any longer if change times are taking longer on newer cars. Thanks!

He could tell I was not used to this type of services, So he explained to me ,what was best for my vehicle. You have a great team there. They were kind, and very sweet to this little old widow. There was one guy who was awesome. He was working in the bay closest to the street. Super fun and friendly. That wasnu2019t who I had. The person talking to me had to keep repeating because he spoke low. And the guy who did my oil change seemed to not know what he was doing. I had to remind them to check my tires and they did not top the washer fluid off. If this is how the service is now, the price is not worth it at all. Not expecting special or anything. Just definitely not what Iu2019ve experienced at other locations.
