Out of town & stopped here to get my F350 Diesel oil changed & they were OUT of oil for my truck ?!?! Valvoline out of oil??? How does that happen....

These guys went above and beyond at my Andrew Jackson Pkwy location. It was a rainy day and my car was sputtering and I'm in a panic so I pulled in as a first time customer just thinking I have to make my mother's 86th birthday. These guys found the problem almost immediately and reassured me it will be good as gold to drive. They were very friendly, honest and knew what they were doing. Yesterday, I went in for a courtesy check due to seeing a little smoke coming from under the hood since I had my oil changed the previous week. The techs immediately knew it was the oil and gave me suggestions on what could cause the leak that I was unaware of. After topping me off with oil, there were other issues that affected my power steering wheel, electronics and other devices that required immediate attention. After a full-service 'courtesy check' and testing, it was found that I needed a battery. DION and the STORE MGR went out their way to ensure I was taken care of quickly, efficiently, safely and happy. The Hermitage, TN Valvoline store has a lifetime customer. Due to my experience, my cousin now goes there. Thank you, Hermitage team!!!
