Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I went to the HWY 153 Location in January to get an oil change. Which they did we paid and left. It was in the afternoon. Didn’t notice the oil all over the front of my vehicle. The next morning I got back in my vehicle and noticed it. I took it back after work and let them see the oil as seen in the pictures below. The assist manager was there and called the manager and she said she would call. They wanted to wipe it off with rags. I explained that would scratch my vehicle. Manager called the next day. Which is now been two days. They sent a gentleman men out to wash the vehicle which got a lot of it off but still left it spotted. I took it back same day and they took more pictures and said they would be in touch. The only responses I have gotten since has been when I called customer care and they would call area manager Mathew and he never answered his phone. And has not contacted us to discuss. This has been going since mid January and here is march. I have been going to them for a few years. So with no correspondence from area manager I ask for last 2 oil changes refund to use that money to get my vehicle cleaned. The response I received this past Saturday 2/28/2026 was as follows Thank you for contacting Valvoline Customer Care. Our area manager is our highest level of management for our claim process. We have forwarded your request for a call back but can't guarantee a response. Thank you, Valvoline Customer Care Not a really positive response to get things corrected.

Experience was great! Very friendly and attentive to doing a wonderful job.

Service was quick, and they kept me informed if there were going to be any sort of delays. Reasonable prices.
