The technician did not tell me the price before starting on my car. They did not make me feel special for spending over $100 on an oil change. If I had realized it was that much, I would gone somewhere else! When told the price as he ran my credit card, I mentioned how much they had gone up in price. He just said that they go up about twice a year. All I got was an oil change! I did not receive a receipt. He said that I would receive it online but I haven’t. I would like to see it.
