Robert (manger) is always on top of things when I'm in his shop! The young man doing the oil change has gotten better the last couple times working on my truck - I believe he was new the first time.I appreciate their straight forward recommendations and suggestions about other repair needs, or things that need attention. I do several smaller things on my own. But Robert has always been clear about what they handle in store and where I can find help on the things Valvoline doesn't work on.

While there the oil pan of my vehicle was stripped out. They made little effort to correct this.the basic tech was left to nervously try and explain their mistake to me and down play the situation. The manager was supposedly trying to address the situation but I never even spoke to the manager until I was told o was good to leave. The manager Basically cramming an oversized oil plug into the pan and told me to have my oil pan replaced before returning. They did not even place a pan saver in even though thatu2019s not an adequate repairu2026 This is quite disappointing as I have used valvoline for my entire fleet of 8 commercial vehicles as well as personal up until this point. We will no longer be bringing our vehicles to Valvoline after this and will take our vehicles to a full service shop moving forward.

I got there an hour and a half before the store closed, I was told I would be inside in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I was asked to move over so a more expensive car could be serviced first since they got there a couple minutes before I did. So we had to play musical cars with all the cars behind us for 5 minutes. Then, still outside waiting about 40 minutes before the store closed, I asked the staff if they had even begun on the car ahead of me. He said yes, they had about 20 minutes to go. Five minutes later, thinking how bad the tech had been on guessing the times to go...almost an hour into a 20 minute wait, I asked the tech to ask the car behind me to move so I could leave, because I don't care for having tired employees rushing the work on my car after hours, because they are ready to go home. And I left without getting an oil change.
