Rylan is always very thorough with the steps his team are taking all along the way. For example, I told him to inflate tires to 37-38 instead of the recommended 36psi, and he was very willing to do so. He treats my wife with respect and doesn't try to upcharge her or me. WE end up making the decision on all that is done to our vehicle. I very much appreciate their use of the oil extractor vs. an oil drain, as I don't need yet another oil pan and screw demolished due to too much power tool (happened at a different branded store, not this one). We live an 70mins away from this particular shop, and we drive all 3 of our vehicles here instead of someplace closer, because they are so well trained, double check their completed steps, etc. This is a direct result of excellent teaching and personnel management that Rylan provides.
