Cody introduced himself as my service adviser today (his shirt said manager but he didn't identify that title). He was VERY friendly & helpful, even showed me how to find and check my cabin air filter, which needed changed & he showed me why. I understand ALL oil changes have gone up over the last few years (everywhere) so that's why I gave it a neither satisfied or dissatisfied for the value that I paid. I still feel they should be cheaper. I even got the conventional oil change because the synthetic blend was more than I wanted to pay. I did have a 20% off coupon which was HELPFUL & I have recommended Valvoline to coworkers!! The manager was able to give me another discount to help with the cost of the cabin air filter (reg. $55) I would not have been able to pay that without the discount. Overall, it was a good experience, OTHER THAN waiting approx. 40 min to get IN the service bay. there were 2 cars in the bays and 2 more waiting when I got there.
