Two of the services that I was told they were required to explain weren't available because of broken equipment.The printer was broken and couldn't print receipt.Claimed they couldn't rotate tires despite having done it before.Despite all lights working before the oil change, as I idrove out I immediately got error messages saying the running light and parking lights weren't working. They looked at it, even brought the manager out, and they claimed it wasn't anything they had done, but then the lights came back on within several hours, which clearly indicated to me that the staff had bumped something around, and then it got bumped back. It's not likely that this was coincidence.I've been to valvoline many times before -- this was definitely my worst experience, so I wondered if there was an issue with current management or something. I'll wait til I see different people there, or try a different valvoline or oil place before I go back.
