As a first time customer. What a awesome oil change/service experience. A great, friendly, and knowledgeable group of tech's at this location on Chapman Hwy. I was first greeted by the manager (Adam), Adam was also my CSR, followed by topside (Ian), and also bottomside (Elijah). While Ian and Elijah were changing my oil, completing my service, Adam went over my service goals with me, as well as pricing. This location allowed me to bring in a special Valvoline blend oil that they don't carry for my GDI engine. Big shout out to all the tech's at this location. As a first time customer I will definitely be back, and will tell my friends about my awesome 1st. time experience at this location.
