1.0 out of 5.0

We had our daughter go here for an oil change and they did not tighten her oil filter. The oil was slowly dripping off the filter. Luckily it was noticed before her engine locked up. There was no oil on the dip stick when we checked it so we bought more oil elsewhere. We called and got the run around. Two days later Valvoline corporate called back to seem concerned to fix the issue but by then it was way too late to address the issue. Their timing in fixing a problem was equal to the quality of their work. I wouldn't go here.
