It took longer to get in was in line at bae4 while there 3 other car that came after me got in before me . But once I got in the guy that served me was great.

Convenience turned into inconvenience.
I’ve serviced my vehicles at this location since 2020 and never had an issue like this. On 1/13/2025, I brought my truck in for an oil change and immediately noticed inexperienced staff and trainees. The service was delayed because they didn’t even have enough oil on hand and had to leave the shop to buy more.
The next day, I found burnt oil on the concrete in my driveway. When I returned to the shop, they admitted they spilled oil during the service and failed to clean it up. They used paper towel and wiped the bottom of the truck and advise to use dawn on the driveway (hilarious).
Now I’m left with permanent oil stains on my property and no solution. This shows a serious lack of professionalism, quality control, and care for customers’ property. Very disappointing experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
