The person who greeted us in the bay did fine. When I selected the "regular" oil instead of the synthetic type, two people working on my vehicle said to one another "the only time they would use regular oil is with a new engine so you could remove it after 500 miles." I didn't use it because I'm retired, on S.S. and my vehicle has 267K miles on it. I thought those statements were rude and disrespectful.

Went in for an oil change and a couple of lights to be replaced. Took way too long. Couldn't change lights. One person said the front light was too difficult to change and the back one got broken and someone had to go to the store to get glue to put it back together. Neither one got replaced. Not very happy about it.

Daniel did such a great job with my Toyota Corolla oil change. He also changed out my wiper blades and in-console air filter (which was long overdue!) When he checked the air filter that's under the hood, he told me I didn't need to replace it yet. I can't remember a time that has EVER happened! It always seemed like mechanics were trying to sell me something. There was a reasonable wait in line for my turn, but I never felt "forgotten" because they communicated with me. Simply superior service!
