I was highly satisfied with my experience for many reasons. First, I was seen right away and greeted by everyone with not only a smile but happy tones as well. Second, I was guided through everything that was being done without ever leaving the driver seat of my car. I came in for an oil change but was offered to have them check numerous things at no cost to me. I felt like a valued customer and even though it was my first time there, I felt as if I’d known the staff forever. They were so respectful and hospitable. I will no longer go elsewhere for my vehicles needs.

Nest day the "tire pressure" light came on. Next day driving to Knoxville the skid plate came disengaged from the vehicle. Apparently, the technician didn't make the connections good and the screws came out. My 20 year old daughter had to go to a Valvoline location in Knoxville to get this fixed. they used zip ties to secure the skid plate to the vehicle to fix the Chattanooga locations bad work. And they had no screws to fix it properly.
