Who the heck pays $85 for an oil change? If I had noticed that so many things I would have done differently like asked for a cup of coffee a juice a doughnut an if there was a masseuse available cause like NO I can get the same service other places for at most 30$ never again sorry you lost business with me for 85 for a basic oil change I didn't even get the spit y'all just held me up an robbed me I don't really see you in business to much longer with prices this high an you'll try to jack them up even more soon well it's not gonna end well for the company ive seen this to many times way to many

Joseph was courteous and friendly. He explained the services very well. He went over everything that was recommended, but didnu2019t make me feel pressured to buy anything. I went in for an oil change and ended up spending $340 ha ha ha I didnu2019t meet Garrett or Jesse, but they worked on my vehicle also on the top and bottom. Everyone that I could see working were very careful not to scratch or get vehicles dirty when they were working on them. ud83dude42 Great job!

Assistant Manager Dustin did a tremendous job explaining the needs of my vehicle and made very clear what was going on, and applied no pressure on me for any services. He was the first and ONLY Valvoline employee to ever notice that my transmission needed inspection (no records of service since the vehicle's manuf. date), as well as understandably explained why these inspections are important. He was truly on top of his game and knows what he's doing and absolutely cares for the health of his customers' vehicles. I'll happily be returning to him for as long as possible! Give this gentleman a raise!
