I've used the same location for many years for my oil changes. I've seen employees come and go. I couldn't give a bad score, although one employee wasn't friendly. He was slinging things around and not friendly at all but all others were fine. They did a good job.

There was an employee that was there that I assumed wasn't working or had already got off work that was on the phone with I assume a manager and loudly complaining about hours and someone else's hours that were more than his. Really loud and even with multiple cars in the bays. Very unprofessional. The staff that was in uniform working were fine.

Once I received the bill for $135.00 I was shocked but then noticed he had given me a Full Synthetic oil change. Not happy that this was not communicated on the front end
