Staff was unsure on tire pressure and then after I researched and found that out they were confused on if the air machine was working or not but no one ever checked. Also had no idea what oil type my car took. Couldn’t reset my oil light. Forgot to put back on my engine cover. Overall a terrible experience I will not be back

I liked the quickness of getting in and out for the oil change. I also like the convenience of not having to get out of your vehicle. They explained any services recommended for the mileage of my vehicle but did not pressure me to purchase anything extra. I have had my last two oil changes there and plan to go back for the next one.

First after guiding me into the bay, I sat their for 10 minutes in the heat before someone came by and said they would be with me soon. It was another five minutes before coming back. There was only one other car their. They did not properly latch my hood and it popped open going down the road. Luckily the safety latch worked and it did not come all they way open. I noticed they left grease marks on my hood, door latches and a swipe of grease on my rear left quarter panel. This was my first time at this center. I usually go to the center on Merchants Bivd. They do a great job their. I won't be going back to this service center.
