I have been taking multiple vehicles to this location for years, even recommended them (not any more). Couldn't get there myself so my 18 year old daughter to one of our cars in, this one has over 270k miles and thers a reason its still running with no oil leaks or issues because we keep with the same thing. I called the day before, asked customer service to make sure past records showed what we use. Sent a text to my daughter this morning telling her to use a Synthetic Blen. She comes back to our offices and g8ve me the bill, they used a Full Synthetic (which cost more) and total disregard the customer (because she younger and a female) told her " this is whats recommended" even though records and messages, that she told them said Synthetic Blen. I will stop recommending them to anyone family, friends or customers. Our company, family and personal vehicles will stop going.
