Had the rear wiper blades replaced, however when I turned it on it got sticky, wrong blade was put on, the service was slower than the first time I used the location. I noticed a lot of standing around and talking, and a few employees actually working. Also oil left on wiper blades, tires and hood, maybe gloves need to be changed and clean rags used after ever service
