Listen here, do NOT send your daughters, wives, or mothers to this Valvoline location unless you want 'em targeted, hoodwinked, and treated like dirt. My daughter went in there for a simple drive-thru oil change and got nothing but sexist harassment, predatory upselling, and some of the most dangerous, half-assed mechanical work I’ve ever seen in my life.This technician named James was completely out of line. Talked down to her from the second she pulled over the pit, smirking and making slick remarks because she’s a young woman. He saw her coming a mile away and weaponized her lack of mechanical know-how, breathing down her neck and pressuring her into a coolant service and tire rotation she didn’t even need. He basically kept her trapped in that bay, making her feel small and intimidated until she finally signed a bill that was double the advertised price.To top it all off, James ain't got a lick of mechanical sense. He completely botched the coolant service—left air pockets in the system and didn't even twist the radiator cap on, so her engine started redlining and overheating before she even made it back to the house. He cross-threaded the lug nuts during the tire rotation, ruining the wheel studs and leaving her front tires loose enough to rattle off on the highway. And to round out the incompetence, the next morning my driveway was covered in oil because he stripped out the drain plug and left the oil cap completely off under the hood.When I called to raise hell, the manager, Adam, turned out to be an even bigger joke than his tech. Adam actually laughed it off, cut me off every time I tried to speak, and told me it was "just a misunderstanding" before hanging up on me. He refused to pay a single red cent for the tow truck or the repairs needed to fix James's screw-ups. Valvoline corporate needs to clean house at this location immediately. Avoid Adam and James like the plague.

Avoid this valvoline location at all costs. What was supposed to be a fast, convenient drive-thru oil change turned into a complete nightmare involving terrible service, mechanical negligence, and dishonest pricing.First, the "quick" aspect is a joke. I was trapped in their drive-thru lane for over an hour because the technicians were moving in slow motion and messing around instead of working. When I finally pulled into the bay, the technician was incredibly rude and immediately started aggressively pushing cabin filters and flush services. After I explicitly said no, they sneaked unauthorized surcharges and hidden fees onto my bill anyway, making the final price double what was posted on their menu board.To make matters worse, their incompetence put my vehicle at risk. The technicians (Adam and james) left greasy handprints all over my hood and door handle. Worse yet, the next morning I found a massive puddle of oil on my driveway!!!! I checked under the hood and realized they had stripped the oil pan drain plug and completely forgot to put the oil cap back on.When I called the shop, the manager was defensive, refused to take responsibility, and hung up on me. I had to tow my car to a real mechanic to fix their dangerous mistakes. Save your time and your engine—stay away from this place.
