The staff appeared to be arguing with each other while they were servicing my automobile. Also, thy di not check ny air filter, which they normally do. They did not check to see if my tire pressure was correct. They were not friendly, which they normally have been at this location. I did not recognize any of the staff from previous visits at this location.

Had to ask for the manager because the attendant said they were unable to use the evac machine to drain my old oil. I use valvoline because you use evac instead of draining my oil underneath the vehicle and risk screwing the drain plug in incorrectly. The manager then used evac to drain my old oil
