No interaction with the customer (me). You guys/gals used to check my air filter but don't do that any more. ( However at a fairly recent visit I was asked if my air filter was "ok".) Ha. But on a good note, there's no customer service anywhere - anymore. You just get used to it.

I arrived at 9:45 and their was 2 vehicles ahead of me in bay 2 area and 3 in bay 3 area which wasn't an issue until it was my turn to drive in they had a car in bay 3 line that supposedly set to low for the bay so we had to jockey our cars around so he could get into bay 2 with the lift in it and bay 3 didn't have the lift his car was about to drag across the lift area. i finally got in and it took over 30 minutes to change my oil and topped off the fluids everything else was good. I won't be going back to that location anymore they have no clue how to run the place

I went to the first location and they made me move to a longer line than I was in so I left and went to another location who was short staffed and after sitting there for 20 minutes, they said they didn't have my filter.

Arrived. Only 2 vehicles in line in front of me. I was there for an AC charge up service. Advised it would be about 30-40 minutes and to get in lane 1. There for about 1hr & 15 min. Then advised to move to lane 3 behind 3 Vehicles (that arrived way after me). They then advised it would likely be about hour. After waiting another 1 1/2hr. They then came and said it would be about another 35-45 minutes. That’s when I just left as it was in the mid 90’s out and direct sun light and I had my young child in the car and had already sat there just shy of 3 hrs.
