All of the questions I had in mind were answered by Jay, he was very helpful and patient with me. I get a little nervous driving into the bay and they are always patient with me. I enjoy coming to this Valvoline instant oil change station. I always receive great service and I recommend this place to everyone I know and the ones that let me know they went always tell me what a great experience they had. Also I would like to thank Hasan & Mason. They also spoke to me and asked me if there was any questions said hello and when it was time for me to leave they said goodbye to me and all three of the gentleman thank me for coming by. I really appreciate all of them and all the extra service that they do to your vehicle is really appreciated. I know the saying that I think is very considerate is they always show you the oil on the oil dipstick and it always is clean and shown at the right position on the oil dipstick. I arrived early on a Saturday morning and was almost immediately directed as to which line to get in, and was told it would be about five minutes. As soon as that car left I was directed to pull in and they changed my oil efficiently, recommending only that I consider changing the oil in the differential, which I told them I would do at a later time.

I have been using your company for years now, first time this has ever happen to me,I get home part truck in dryway go out the next day OIL is everywhere on MY driveway which I just paid to have pressure wash and resealed, now there is big oil spot on it and run lines of oil going down the driveway........so I guess the "kid" that put the oil in poured all over the side of the motor and not into the motor.......big mess on motor and my driveway.........what are you going to do about it........I really think one the motor needs to be cleaned and my driveway needs to cleaned and resealed. !!!! not happy about this at all............!!!
