The moment I walked in, it felt like I was inconveniencing the staff just by being there. Even though there was still about an hour left in their shift, the entire team looked like they were already mentally clocked out and irritated that a customer had shown up. When I asked for a conventional oil change, the employee by my door, CJ, asked his coworker if they were still “out of conventional oil.” The answer—“Oh yeah, we’re out”—felt completely rehearsed and unconvincing, almost like they were just looking for an excuse to avoid doing any work at that hour. The whole interaction came across as lazy and dismissive, as if their priority was getting me out the door rather than providing service. I ended up leaving without getting anything done, and honestly, this visit made it clear that I won’t be returning to volvoline again.
Extremely unprofessional behavior from the staff, and a complete waste of time.
