These people do not know how to do a simple oil change they did not tighten, my oil filter oil, or the screw down. All my oil leaked out and now they have to open an investigation has to go on to see how they messed up my car thank you so much

My husband usually takes care of the car stuff. His schedule has changed and was not able to do it. The gentleman at this Valvoline are Very professional and nice. Camren explained things to me and made the process very comfortable. I think he could tell I’m not the one that takes care of the oil changes. I will be back for Future services.
