I was greeted by someone who stated that imported vehicles were extremely rate to that Valvoline even though my car is in your system from prior services. Everyone there had their hands in in my cats engine because no one seemed to know what to do. I watched them check off items as complete that had not been checked. I wanted an air filter, they never checked it nor did they ask.. they just checked of that I didnu2019t want one!? Or you did not have in stock and it was not conveyed to me. Also price nor oil change was ever discussed. They just choose the last oil I got from there. (Full synthetic)

They recommended additional services and after I agreed, they came back to tell me that they were incorrect in the information they told me earlieru2026that one of the three services they recommended was not even available for my vehicle. Then they came back later to tell me that they couldnu2019t do 1 of the 2 remaining additional services because they could not get to one of the valves with the tools they had on premises. It was only after they had credited everything back to me (because they had already charged my card before the services were rendered) that they came back and said they were able to get to the valve and could do the service after all. All in all, we were probably in the bay close to 1 hour, with no air conditioning and on a very hot and humid afternoon. It was not at all a pleasant experience!

Not the staff but the company says they lubricate chassis but in the last three years your company has not put one bit of grease in any components on my truck so maybe you should take is off the list. They tell me the company removed all there grease guns. Went two years with them telling me they grease my chassis then I check the fittings and they were completely dry. The front tie rods and ball joints were completely dry with no grease Some vehicles still need this so it is very misleading
