Only complaint was technician failed to put my Lexus specific tire valve cap back on my tire after checking inflation. I noticed it on the ground during my tire rotation. If I had not been asked to get out of the car I would have driven away and gotten home to notice it was gone. I would not have been happy about this. I try and make it a point to decline tire inflation for this reason but in this case I was doing a tire rotation so I figured there would be better attention taken. Mistaken so I will decline any future tire inflation checks in the future. Otherwise service was great. Thanks for the coupon which brought the price down to somewhat competitive with others but not quite.

The staff was great however, your customers have to turn their vehicle off while we’re doing the oil change and I totally understand that however I don’t understand no ventilation in there. No industrial fan no nothing. I feel sorry for your workers. I was there at 10 o’clock in the morning. It was already 80° outside with the high that day to be 92. I don’t understand why 2 big industrial fans couldn’t be out there to keep the air moving for your employees as well as your customers.
