First, all the bays had cars in them when I arrived and I was the only car waiting for a solid 5-10 min. The staff saw me sitting and never told me to move to the bay (3) which was about to leave. Other cars finally pulled up alongside me and were then directed into the bays 1&3 which left before bay 2 which I was waiting on. I sat for at least 30-40 minutes before being brought into bay2. Then the employee who came up to my car barely wanted to interact with me when I told him how displeased I was at the service so far. He did not offer any services besides doing the oil change. He didn’t go over any other aspects of vehicle maintenance with me whatsoever.

The technician did not re-attach the plate under the car. Forgot to check to see if it was bolted in. They finally fixed it 2 days later and I was not compensated for work missed or dollars cost. Even though this was Valvoline error.

There were vehicles in the bays, and one vehicle in each line outside when I arrived. I was surprised that the wait was over an hour for service. It seems that standard oil changes only take about 20 minutes, so maybe at least one line could be dedicated to ONLY oil changes, with other bays being used for additional (longer) services.
