A simple oil change took nearly 1.5 hours due to the technician stripping my vehicle's oil drain plug. While I understand issues like this occur, I was not informed that there was an issue until after about an hour of sitting in my vehicle. After finally completing the service, nearly 1.5 hours later, there was no attempt to offer any type of discount for the inconvenience.
