I will not get my oil changed at this location anymore. They changed my oil. I drove to Knoxville on my way back I heard a scraping noise. I could not pull over on pellissippi to check what it was. So when I was able to pull over I noticed something hanging from my mustang. I immediately went back over there before they closed. I filmed the damage underneath my car. I heard the guy say he did not put the bolt back on correctly. Evidently that one came off as well because on my way to Florida the hood started shaking when I went over 70 on the interstate. I’m not a mechanic but I asked them to replace my skid plate and they refused. I know thats what it was because after he put ZIPLOCK TIES on to hold it. I took my car down pellissippi and my hood was not shaking. I’m not a mechanic but I came to the conclusion wind was getting underneath my car and causing my hood to shake. I went back they put bolts on my car but would not replace my damaged skid plate… WHO PUTS ZIPLOCK TIES ON A CAR FOR REPAIRS.. unbelievable.
