I am skeptical of the oil used for my recent vehicle oil change maintenace. As they said i am getting a medium level quality oil (charge : 77$), which covers 5k miles. but the sticker they gave had one 3k mile coverage until next maintenance. When asked by it said 3k miles, the service guy told their printer gives out 3k but the vehicle should be good until next 5k miles. So i asked for a receipt from maintenance, they said i will get in email. And never got any email with receipt. And i am thinking now that the oil used was not that i was told. service was quick and routine. I think its over priced and deceiving, in case they have not used the right oil. I will give a 3 star due to lack of receipt in email, as they told.
