Horrible experience. Will never go to this Valvoline ever again. Went for an oil change, and shortly after I left the store, my car started messing up. It was shaking, stalling, and cutting off. Took it back, told them what was going on. They acted lost and like they didn't know what the issue was at first. Told me that my mass air flow sensor is going bad and that it's wear and tear. I woke up the next morning, turned on my car and all my lights came on and my car started cutting off again. Which caused me to miss work.😡 I called to file a complaint the next day on 7/11/26, and was told a manager would call me back. Had my mechanic come look at it, and he found that the front part of the covering that covers my battery and snaps the filter in , was broken and the other snaps weren't snapped in. The covering wasn't secured, which I guess caused air to getting in and cause the sensor not to work properly. They put the covering back on there any kind of way. I watched as the young man was struggling, but didn't realized he broke a piece of it and didn't properly connect everything back. This could have really messed up my sensor and even my motor. I'm even more pissed to find out I got one call back, and because I missed the call because I've been working, my case was closed. It hasn't even been a full week since this has happened. I give this place ZERO stars. Will never go back.

Used to be good but now people working there are not professional at all.
