The staff was argumentative and didn't provide the oil I asked for. The young lady got upset because I didn't need a new air filter and slammed my current one down on my car and threw the box for the new one seeming clearly agitated.

Wait was forever to get in the bay while waiting in the scorching sun. When I got in, was told that they were unable to do my oil change as they didn't have my oil. When I was checked, the rep knew what kind of oil was required. If the oil wasn't available, should have been told right then and there. This location is the worst. Never have an issue at any other VIOC locations.

The manager who clearly was the only person that could reset my oil light after my oil change was not attentive. After my oil change, I waited 7 minutes with several cars behind me while the manager was on his cellphone. He was distracted and on the cellphone throughout my experience so much so that he began the process with me and checked off some boxes that were incorrect so the young lady who assisted me began the process over from the beginning to ensure accuracy. I never got my oil light reset and the manager was still on his cellphone when I decided to leave.
