I had great experience in this location previously, but this time it was a very bad experience for two major issues:1. Valvoline sent me a 20% coupon for total invoice, but the staff person apparently tried to cheat me and said this coupon could not be used. When I asked him to scan the coupon and see, he found all possible excuses not to scan it because he knew it was a valid coupon. With my insistence, he very reluctantly scanned it and of course, it was valid -- the computer system does not cheat. I understand that he wanted to have more profit. But if Valvoline did not intend to give me that discount, then do not send the coupon; if Valvoline sends me the coupon, I expect that it is honored by the staff there. 2. My Prius takes 4.5 Qts of oil. Previously, the staff always hands me the remaining oil back so that I can use that with the other 5 Qts can for my Sienna which uses more than 5 Qts. This time, however, the technician simply pull all 5 Qts oil in without any consideration of how much really needed. This had two major issues. One is that the oil is way above the upper limit. Two was that I do not have enough for my Sienna. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL work and may damage my car
