I left and my car stalled in the middle of the road immediately after leaving. The manager came to help and when I was able to get the vehicle started, I turned around and took it back to Valvoline while the manager followed me into the bay. The mechanic went back under my car and did some readjusting and now my car is fine. I feel my engine will now have problems due to the stalling and rushing of trying to put everything back in under my car. I have been going to Valvoline for over 5 years and will not be returning due to the simple fact my car may mess up in the future. Fingers crossed nothing major happens but the fact that my car stalled while driving and when the manager drove my car around to see what was happening, he also noticed that the RPMs were not idling properly and the vehicle kept stalling.

Talked me into changing the transmission fluid and then overfilled it and didn’t but the cap back on correctly ( and that was according to the tech that fixed it, he originally thought it was a bad transmission leak)it leaked all over and while my daughter was driving to Georgia and the warning lights came on driving frown the freeway , luckily she was able to pull off and go to a store in A different city. Not happy with this visit
