This was my 1st oil change since purchasing my vehicle. Gage met me at my car as soon as I parked (not in the bay lane). That level of customer service kicked off a great first impression. He stood in 20° weather and thoroughly discussed my options with me in detail. He was very patient with all of my questions. He was informative without being pressuring and I appreciated that. I made some calls to compare some prices in the area. I did find another service provider that had an active coupon that would have benefited me, however I wasn't nearly as impressed with the interaction and customer service. I immediately pulled around back to begin my service here at Valvoline. Aghason took great care of me and offered the same level of customer service that I was met with from the start. I'll most certainly be back! Thanks a ton guys!! ☺️

When i called before the visit, the person on the phone was kind, helpful, and confirmed that they gave me the correct answer prior to leaving the call. When i arrived at the location, the service technicians were quick and friendly. Can't ask for more.

Was greeted, given fast service oil change, and the guys stuck with the job with a fussy oil dipstick. Awesome service.
