The drain plug was stripped out during the service. I normally do my own oil changes and this has never happened in 40+ years on countless vehicles. Oil spilled on the valve cover and elsewhere. Large greasy hand print left on rear bumper. My claim was denied resulting in a $600 repair bill to have the oil pan replaced.
