This staff by far is the best Valvoline staff that I have interacted with. I initial went for a oil change but also ended up getting my transmission flushed too.

Service performed was excellent. My main issue was they pulled out my cabin AC filter and said it was $24 to replace. I approved but when I went to pay he said the filter was $54u2026not $24. Said he made a mistake. This was after it was installed. I had a $30 off coupon for new customers and he told me that the $30 coupon would pay for his mistake. Thought $120 was too much for standard oil change and filter with $30 off coupon.
