I have visited this location many times over the years. Typically they are extremely friendly and go through the checklist of service clearly communicating with each other. I was told my service was going to be 15 minutes. It was 40 minutes. I drove all the way home to discover they did not attach the plate properly and it was dragging on the road. When I went back to have it fixed, I barely got a sorry. No offer to make things right. No manager to apologize. Lacked major customer service and also could have been very dangerous sending me back on the road with my vehicle not put back together. Who knows how much GM damage I have underneath my car and to the plate.

I brought my car in and didnt realize the front end had been damaged. They were not able to immediately close the hood. They were so kind and patient and wouldn't let me leave until they were able to close it safely again. They went above and beyond on a day I was stressed and brightened my day.
