Being a 66 year old female I had a great experience one other time.I bought a Groupon to use at the store for $76.50and didn’t use it at that store. I didn’t know that it was not offered at that store. However I have a Range Rover and it uses Synthetic oil for a Range Rover!

The person that initiated the visit was very rude never smiled and lied to me. The person working on my car did not check my air filter I asked the main person who was working the computer if the he check my air filter and he said yes. However I asked the person doing the actual work on my car if he checked the air filter and he said oh no! And checked it. It needed changed but they said they did not have the air filter and really didn't check My tire pressure was not checked. very displaced with my visit. I have been there many times and never had service like this
