There were 2 cars being serviced and 2 waiting when I arrived. I stayed back a bit so that I could move into whatever lane opened up first. A guy came out and told me to pull up and indicated a bay/lane to go into, which I assumed he was putting me in the lane that was going to open up first. Other cars arrived after me and the other lane opened up first so the person that arrived after me was able to get service before me. I had to wait an additional 10-15 mins until my bay opened up. I told him that he needs to know which lane would open up first so he instructed the people correctly. He just said he was new and he didn't seem to get my point. Everyone was friendly and pleasant though. I think it is simply a training/teaching opportunity.
