I have been coming to this location for several years. This time the staff seemed more unprofessional than previous experiences (cussing, complaining, etc.). They were not directing this at me, but it was uncomfortable. The visit lacked the precision I am used to and it felt like my car was not getting the staff's full attention (for example, they couldn't remember/didn't communicate if the brake light had been changed and asked me and each other multiple times).

Sometimes I wonder if the employees actually know what they’re doing but it seems to work ok- someone told me I needed to change my transmission fluid and I said I had done it recently at that exact location and then they checked again and showed it was pink and they changed their story. Not sure if people know what they’re talking about and it feels like the sally beauty of car mechanics- I used to work at sally beauty so I respect the hustle and the apathy for customers but at the end of the day it’s a gamble between less money and feeling confident the information valvoline gives me is accurate. Seems ok though
