Worst mistake! I usually donu2019t go to valvoline but decided to do so today because of the convenience and reviews. I contacted Valvoline and the representative said the wait would be 15 mins. While pulling in there were 10 cars (I understand they were busy). Nick the technician told me to pull into bay 2 (the entrance is terrible). He directed me to the line just so cars could get in.While pulling into bay 2, I scraped my car on the used oil filter dumpster as directed by Nick. I asked to speak with the manager and explained what happened to Brian, but he was dismissive and said there was nothing he could do.. I asked for the number to corporate but he said he didn't have it and told me to look it up online. Wow!There was no apology, even though the worker had directed me to the lane. You would think they would move the dumpster since it's hard to get in and out. I will never visit another Valvoline; instead, I will go back to Action Nissan, which prioritizes customer satisfaction.

It is more an issue with that location. the back part of the property os small and narrow and i had to re adjust my truck the stay in line to get the oil change. Also, the price for an oil change is on the high side compared to other places. not sure if the service is worth that high cost, but overall i had a good experience.
