Nolensville

Absolutely unacceptable customer service! I waited in line for nearly an HOUR, only to be asked to move out of my line because another customer in a DIFFERENT line had apparently been waiting longer and wanted to go ahead of me. How is that my responsibility? Why should I be inconvenienced after patiently waiting nearly an hour myself? The entire experience demonstrated a complete lack of organization, urgency, professionalism, and respect for customers’ time. There was no genuine concern, no sense of urgency, and absolutely no effort to make the situation right. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy, fairness, and an organized system for serving customers. Instead, I was left feeling as though my time was completely irrelevant. The employees appeared to be going through the motions rather than demonstrating any real commitment to customer service. Management and ownership need to seriously evaluate how this location operates. Employees need better training, clear procedures for managing multiple lines, and a much stronger understanding of customer service. Customers should not have to suffer because a business cannot properly manage its own traffic flow. I will NEVER return to this Valvoline location, and I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone. There are too many other businesses that will appreciate your time and money. If I could give this location ZERO stars, I would.
