Teddy (with an I) and Ethan were absolutely wonderful at the Valvoline off Bell Road. They help me every single time I come in, and they are always great. I’ve dealt with Teddy a few times now and he is consistently kind, knowledgeable, and professional. This is exactly why I love Valvoline and will forever be a loyal customer. I was actually on my way there when I noticed Jiffy Lube was open and didn’t close until 5. I pulled up at 4:53, and the man told me they had already shut their machines down. That experience made me appreciate Valvoline even more. At Valvoline, Teddy and Ethan not only took care of my service, but also gave me valuable insight on my Jeep Gladiator—what was needed with the fuse, the transmission, and even a breakdown of how much things would cost. They truly went above and beyond and were incredibly helpful. They’re wonderful, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their customers. I love them and I love Valvoline!
