I was charged for new wiper blades before staff discovered the ones I needed were not in stock. I was ok with that but the manager (Zach) told me he could not email me a written confirmation of the refund for the wiper blades. He then said he would call someone to have that charge taken off my bill and he would call me on my phone to confirm he did that. He never called or emailed me.

Fortunately for me, there were no other cars ahead of me so I was able to pull right in and have the service started. My service rep was courteous and efficient. She even let me know that I was not due for a service I had requested, saving me money. As with other visits to Valvoline, my tires, lights, engine fluids, and battery were all quickly checked. The oil change was done quickly. I really appreciate the quick and thorough service.
