We were at this location for an hour and a half waiting for an oil change. Apparently new staff was getting trained and it took quite a long time. It was also in the high 90s that day, so once the service started and we had to cut out car off, it got pretty hot and miserable very quickly.

The servicing time was really long even though it seemed they had a surplus of staff; they rearranged the waiting cars and I had been first but ended up in the longest line. The last time I was in I was recommended a transmission flush, but decided to delay to this time. I saw it prompted on the screen but they never offered one and when they noticed me looking they said I had nothing to worry about) maybe they were unable to do it bc of time but either way I had been prepared to get it done that day. Leaving I noticed my car was shaking and so pulled up in the neighboring lot and someone quickly realized there was a vacuum hose that was knocked loose when pulling out the engine filter. I will return to valvoline but this location isnu2019t my regular area anyway so most likely wonu2019t return.

When only the second car in line itbtook 2.5 hours from the time I arrived until I left. I 2atched them mark thing off on the check list they never checked. (Air filters, wiper blades). I was moved from bay 1 to bay 2 to bay 3 and people who arrived after me were serviced first. Sat forv1 hr at bay 1 another 45 minutes at bay 2 and the rest of the time at bay 3. Talked to customer service and they said they were sorry they would send me a 50% off on next visit and guess what I have not received that either.

Stopped to get my oil changes yesterday 08/13/2024 about 1:30pm the first time. Wasn't busy so I pulled in, went to door like always. Sit there and a man came out and ask me to back up so someone else could go in front of me. At this point I just left. Stopped again after a couple of hours waiting if I could have left, I would have. Finally got in to change my oil. Needed a new air filter to start with and the guy was having trouble replacing it. He struggled for about 20min trying and trying to figure out how to, after about another 30 to 40min. (not sure about the actual time frame here) he got that done, so I thought. A guy comes up yo my window and tell me I have a stripped oil plug and they were trying to find a replacement. He showed me the old plug and it was obvious it was just done. I ask if they checked the oil pan threads, he tried to tell me they don't have a way to look inside the oil pan. When I told him the threads on the oil pan and it was obvious he was clueless what I was talking about.
