Wait was almost 2 hrs to get in with only 2 cars in front in my lane.1 in the bay and 1 infrint of me outside the bay. They seemed to gather together and talk and instead of one person working top of one car and one person working the bottom they would work one car at a time while other cars sat in the bays with hoods down waiting for their turn. Ii have done this work many years ago and if we had a car in longer than 10 minutes then their was an issue but most of the time we had cars in and out with in 10 minutes. I understand times as well as vehicles have changed but getting in line at noon and not being done until 3pm is a little to much with only 2 cars ahead of you. I hope this can be looked at and worked on, this is a service much needed in the Bellevue area but the time it takes for a simple oil change taking a person this long will cost people to go other places. Think if you wanted to get this done while taking a lunch break, it wouldn't happen and then to have to spend 3 or 4 hrs waiting on a Saturday, not many people would want to do thar. My hope is that the time gets faster and people like myself don't have to be there 3 hrs..
