Great experience!

We had pulled up to get an oil change and the tech scanned the inside of my door, and told us that they would be with us shortly. Then, after around 15 minutes, we have 2 different techs come back and make everyone in the lines of cars back up and reorganize, I assumed to get people moved based on wait time. We did so, and listened to the original tech (one who scanned us in) tell these techs (in charge of directing the cars) where to put us, based on our wait time. Then two other cars that had arrived AFTER we had already been waiting several minutes were put in front of us. We heard the two techs moving the cars that the original tech said to put them in a certain bay but that it didn’t actually matter. When we brought this up the tech said that the road was already flowing and we just needed to pull up, with a wait time of over an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes after we had already been waiting, and other cars that arrived after us to move ahead of us. People choose valvoline for an oil change because it’s supposed to be fast service. I don’t mind waiting in a line, but i expect the people working to care about the time that customers are waiting, and the issue they were having could have been resolved with basic communication or moving the cars around as they arrived instead of making everyone move later. Hell - make them stay in the line they chose to wait in if anything. Was very displeased with the lack of communication and situational awareness, as well as their ability to respond to the feedback we provided. Will not be returning to this location.

They did a great job but it was a little expensive.
