The wait time is excessive in my opinion. Usually there are only 2 bats open but there were 3 opened when I was there. Valvoline is very popular and unless there are not many cars I pass by as I don’t enjoy waiting an hour plus to get inside. Valvoline simply needs a much bigger place.

the only thing with each visit that i can always say needs improvement is the speed to get oil change completed. once in the bay, it is excellent timing however its the wait time beforehand that is bad. Paying good money for an INSTANT oil change, you should be able to get in and out within 30 mins however it always take at least an hour from beginning to end. only two bays are open and the 3rd bay is never opened. I understand companies these days can be short staffed and im sure that might be the problem but hopefully they can look into hiring more people at that location so that all 3 bays could be opened to help get customers in and out quicker, other then that, everything is great and i really appreciate the coupons offered just by calling vavloline and requesting coupon!
