Terrible!!! First they told me they didn't have the oil filter and if I had it they would be able to get it done. I run to an auto parts and got it. After Valvoline put my car's info on the computer. They told me they didnt have the oil for my car. So disappointed

I always take my vehicle to Oak Ridge to Valvoline to get my oil changed. They do a fantastic job at that. I have had my Air filter changed and twice now they do not put it back in right, one side is always sticking up and they can't clamp it in place because they have it in wrong. They will NOT be touching my air filter again. Both times it sounded funny driving it home and my husband had to fix it. Both times it was the same person who did it. Obviously he has no clue what he is doing and doesn't need to touch it.

Overpriced. Staff was helpful. Already had my oil drained before they told me what the price was gonna be. Never again.
