My service on my transmission flush started great. Then the inexperienced staff supported by Nico stripped out my drain plug. They sent me to their local mechanic and he made the situation worse. Long story short- I lost about $12,000 in a transmission and Nico and Valvoline called the situation a “misfortune incident “. Don’t use the clowns at this location.

Great people and quick fast work. I had to get my own 0w-30 motor oil as my 2026 Palisade would not accept the 5w-30 substitute due to warranty requirements on a high compression motor. I would highly recommend this location and will bring my other vehicles here for oil changes!
