I have been using this location for my oil changes in my vehicle for several years. Over the years I have never had reason for a complaint until now. The last two visits has not turned out very well. The oil change before last I chose a lower priced oil change package. I will NEVER make that mistake again. I left with my vehicle POURING oil. I had a small oil leak and have for quite some time. I don't hold the guys there 100% responsible for the drastic increase in oil loss. Im thinking possibly the cheaper package oil maybe much thinner oil. But I will say it did cause a bit of doubt about the business there but not enough to stop me from returning for my next oil change. This last encounter was a TOTAL GAME CHANGER FOR MY OPINION OF THEM. I went for my last oil change while checking my blinkers they tell me my front blinker on the passenger side is flashing fast indicating it's going out. I went against my better judgement (because I thought that when it's flashing fast in the front that meant one of the rear lights wasn't working) but I figured they new better than me so I agreed to let them put a new bulb in. When I leave I notice when I turned the blinker on it was still flashing fast like it had been. So I went back today to tell them. They discovered it was in fact my rear passenger side blinker not working so they take that bulb out. He throws it on the ground off corse it busts put a new bulb in discover nothing was wrong with the original bulb it was a connection problem. I asked for a refund for the bulb because neither bulb was blown. They refused my refund because the bulb in the rear had to be replaced due to it being thrown and busted. Needless to say even though it was a little less than 20 dollars it's the principle of the matter. I will not be a returning customer. I refuse to do business with them.
