Highly disappointed with the inexperience of the staff and their customer service. Also it took over 2 hours for them to simply change the oil in my vehicle. I couldn’t get out of line & leave because there were cars behind me & it was only a one way in / out driveway.

I usually take my car there all the time for my oil change and everything is usually fine. I went this past Sunday and everything was going fine until I think they were training a new guy on my car and he showed me the dipstick for my oil after he had changed it and it showed half a quart low. After that one of his superiors doubled checked his work and also said it’s a half a court low you need to add more oil. Instead he shuts my hood and tells me I’m good to go. I then call him back over to my car and ask “hey didn’t she tell you to add half a court back into my car and he said yeah well I put what the computer said so you should be good to go”. So then I talk to another person and he check over the dudes work and he said my oil level is fine which it wasn’t. Moral of the story is the oil was half a court low and not everyone was on the same page about what appeared to be either fine or low
