Very disrespectful establishment. My husband had come here last week to get an oil change on his car. Nothing new since he’s been to that specific establishment for years, and is very loyal to that location and its employees. When he was working on his car yesterday, he had noticed some very inappropriate slurs and words scribbled onto his oil filter. Slurs such as the n-word, f-slur, a woman’s body drawn on it, and some more racist, disrespectful words. When he had called up there to address the situation, the STORE manager had simply said the most he could do was install a new filter. Basically saying that he’d have to pay for a new filter, and no repercussions done to the employee that had heartlessly and inhumanly scribbled that on there. We will never return to this establishment again, and quite frankly will be reaching out to Valvoline headquarters about this. With how times are right now, this is something that should not be swept under the rug. If you’re a POC, do not visit this establishment!

very nice men. they chatted with me and let me know everything they did as they were doing it. micheal, paul, and corey were awesome and very sweet to me. 10/10 experience ,will be going back.
