Your employees at the tullahoma tn location were great. Friendly and accommodating. I came back twice with many questions before committing to some expensive service, transfer case fluid, transmission, and both differentials. They tolerated me and were patient with my questions. Ultimately earning my service.

Oil Change better than most. I swung by here on a Monday Afternoon, after a short wait outside we rolled in and were greeted by Jerry who was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed me the options for what my vehicle was coming due for scheduled maintenance wise and let me know what each of the services cost etc... The full synthetic runs about 100$ I know I can get it done cheaper, but Jerry makes you feel better about putting the right amount of oil in and double checking to make sure caps are on tools are accounted for and im not gonna be down the road with my hazards on chillin in the breeze 😉. If i didn't get the warm fuzzy I get here I'd do it myself I have the time.

This place was awesome. My new favorite. Ozion was very informative about all the services. James & Jerry checked all fluids, filters etc along with my oil change. They even informed me the bolt head was about striped & replaced it at no charge. GREAT PLACE!!! GREAT TEAM!!
