The tech forgot to put oul in my truck and started it up ! The guy overseeing things was so busy trying sell me stuff I didn’t need he didn’t notice. In the end, when I complained about it, he just said there was a miscommunication! $136 oul change… and they forget the oil! I wouldn’t take a toy wagon to that valvoline.
