Overall, they did a fine job and honored my request to only change the oil and filter (I prefer to do all the other checks myself). I was surprised they did not use some form of fender covers after the hood was raised and before oil was added. Happily, no contact damage was evident after service was performed. The $25 discount coupon I found online, which they honored, was nice.
